ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on clothing and shoes within 7 days of receipt. Items may be returned by mail or brought back in-store and will be credited to the original form of payment.

All accessories—including handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, special orders, and sale items—are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. No exceptions.

All items discounted more than 15% are considered final sale.

After the 7-day return window, all items are final sale. 

All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached (including shoe boxes where applicable). Items must not be worn, washed, or altered.

Approved returns will be credited to the original method of payment and processed within 7–10 business days.

A 4% restocking fee applies to all online returns.

Monkee's of Lakewood Ranch offers a $15 Flat Rate shipping option within the United States.  Free Shipping on all orders over $250.  We ship via UPS and USPS. We offer a FREE pick-up in-store option for local customers. Orders usually ship within 2 days. After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.

Not all of our inventory is sold online due to vendor restrictions. PLEASE EMAIL us or call us, and we will be happy to work with you on filling your order.
